This Week I Have Seen
— The gap between subway trains as I was evacuated across it. The train in front of mine had hit someone in the station. I don't know if he fell, jumped, or was pushed, nor whether he lived or died. I do know that my train crept up until it was a foot away from that train, and we were evacuated through our train and into that one, and onto the platform.
— "We do not degrade women" become a selling point.
— A handful of striking NYU students being watched like hawks by eight uniformed NYPD cops. Now that's wise use of police resources.
— A fantastic commercial for the Xbox 360 that will never be shown on television. Welcome to the age of viral marketing.
— The bare insides of a church gutted for renovations glow yellow from a gray shell.

— Horseshit ploped and smeared about the stairs leaving my subway station. I don't know how or why someone got horseshit all over the stairs leaving my subway station, but it was definitely horseshit, and it was definitely plentiful.
— New York friends. Allentown friends. Family.
— Dark, dark brown eyes.
