Well, the trial I was assigned to ended up settling out of court, so I'm done being a juror for at least six years. All it cost me was two mornings and one lost umbrella. A small price to pay for democracy.

In other news, and by "news" I mean "news to anyone who hasn't known me for more than two weeks," any time I give a day that a new version of Tranq is going to launch, I'm lying. Just so you know.

Oh, and also, I need to teach the tip of my ringfinger that the huge, new, voraciously sharp cutting knife is not its friend. Well, I think it might have picked up on that by itself today. But it's a slow learner.
