Development on the new Tranq is finally in high gear. Unfortunately, the project is simply larger than I had originally anticipated. With luck, I will be able to complete and use it to find a job before starving.

Yesterday I got a notice from my landlord that we will be without gas (and therefore heat) for twelve hours on Monday. If all goes according to plan, I'll be done with my portfolio by then anyway.
